The glittery heels project is so smart! I LOVE glitter, and I certainly have plenty of plain heels available to do this project myself. Definitely one of the smartest, cheapest, and easiest wardrobe transformations, this definitely deserves its top rank of #1.
My next fave project is the skinny jeans from regular pants. I have big calves from being a runner, "power calves" my boyfriend likes to say. I sympathize 100% with those who have a hard time buying skinny jeans that properly fit. What's even better? You can take your favorite flare jeans (that are a little dated) and turn them into skinny jeans! I guess I need to break out the sewing machine again…
